I am still trying to work through a couple of builds during the move. I don’t want to be too much behind schedual going into April. This is the beginning of an True Temper S3 road frame. Just for kicks I weighted out the tubeset before and after mitring. It appears I cut almost 200 grams off the medium size tubeset. The welds look particularly nice – it must be because I have been building so many titanium frames lately.
Beauty welds Hugh – these light road frames have me thinking… but I really shouldn’t. Not for a year or two anyway.
