We have been working with S and S couplings quite a lot in the past week and I am always amazed at just what a great idea these little gems are for traveling.

Here is a shot of Rick’s new frame in the process of being built.

Hugh has been hard at work welding in an attempt to keep up with all the orders.

Jerry came by and picked up his touring bike. I think the stainless Maple leaf  on a head tube is a nice touch.

With its upright geometry and suspension seatpost, this bike is ready for the roughest of roads.

Speaking of touring, we’re beginning to see the first of our Trans-Canada riders return from their travels. Above we have a picture of Paul and David returning from a trip which saw them ride the from BC back to Ontario via the northern US. It sounds like they had a great time and have lots of memories to show for it.

True North Cycles Team riders Alana and Mari recently were able to help out at Bikefest in Burlington with a instructional class for new riders. We’re big fans of getting new riders interested in the sport and we’re super happy that Alana and Mari were able to be involved in such a worth while event.
