Following work on Friday, i jumped in my truck and made the 9 hour drive down to Indianapolis to the North American Hand built Bike Show. I took a bunch of photo’s and then quickly realized that photography is not my thing. I’ll throw up a few once i charge the batteries in the camera. If you’re looking for good photos, there are a bunch over at Olive Loves Cool Bicycles

While at the NAHBS i had the chance to check some really amazing bicycle frames. I also saw some amazing new components and accessories, some very cool clothing and some really cool posters. We have been toying with the idea  of prints for the last few weeks and hope to have some on offer for the show. We thought we had some really cool ideas but then i saw Independent Fabrication’s new poster. Needless to say, we have gone back to the drawing board.

Here is a poster idea of ours that didn’t make the cut.

Speaking of the Toronto Bike show, it’s going to be busy the next two weeks getting everyting ready for the show. We have some very cool stuff planned. Here’s a teaser picture to get you excited. I’ll give you a  hint; it’s definitely not a low rider, but that is a 66 degree Seat tube angle.

Here is a picture of a  650b Mixte tandem frame that will be joining us at the show. We got the first coat of paint on it and now it’s waiting on some detailing.

Today we did a bunch of finish work on some frames. Here we have an S and S equipped touring frame on the reaming table.

Anyone who has reamed a bunch of seat tubes will appreciate why we have a machine set up to aid us.

A little work with the flex hone finishes the process off.
