Two more Ti bikes went out the door this week and for the foreseeable future the focus will switch to steel frames.
Anne came by today and picked up her 650c Titanium Tri bike. We’ve been upgrading bits and pieces of Anne’s old bike for a while and this winter she decided to take the plunge and invest in a nice Ti/Carbon frame.
We think the engraved head tubes found on our Ti frames are a nice touch.
Now there are two True North owners in the family.
We also finished up Susan’s commuter bike. I can think of a lot of adjectives to describe this bike, but i think stunning probably fits the bill. This bike has all the bells and whistles including Dt240 hubs laced with Revolution Spokes to Ambrosio Excellight rims, Campy Chorus cranks, Alpha Q Long Reach Fork and Schwalbe Marathon Racer tires.

Chain Tension is achieved with an Eccentric BB
Sean has started prepping the tubes for the next batch of steel frames to be done.
Jerry’s touring bike is all welded up and now awaiting braze-ons and finish work.
The weather has been awesome this past week, so we’ve taken the chance to get out on our road and mountain bikes. If you’ve never been to Guelph, you should make the trip. Guelph is surrounded by quiet country roads that are as flat or as hilly as you would like. As an added benefit you can ride the mountain bike trails right from the city centre out into the surrounding forest and conservation areas. If you need us after 6, you know where we will be.

the commuter bike is absolutely brilliant!
Cool…I like your mountain bike picture…Is that during a race…I think I see a race plate.
Yep, the picture is from the Ontario Cup series race at Albion Hills.
